• Free Worldwide Shipping: We ship all orders worldwide free of charge – with no hidden fees and including applicable taxes and duties (where required).

• Regional Production Sites: Our print-on-demand partners produce regionally (e.g., EU, USA, other locations) based on the delivery address to minimize shipping times and costs.

• Delivery Times:

  • EU & USA: typically within 5–8 business days

  • International: up to 10 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier capacity, or events of force majeure.

• Tracking: All orders are fully trackable. Customers receive tracking details as soon as the shipment leaves our facility.

• Transport Damage: If goods arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. In such cases, we will cover all costs for replacement or refund.

Right of Withdrawal & Returns

We want you to feel completely secure when shopping with us. Therefore, consumers enjoy a statutory right of withdrawal, which we implement as follows:

1. Withdrawal Period

• You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

• For orders with multiple partial deliveries, the period begins upon receipt of the last delivery.

(Note: We voluntarily extend this period to 30 days for unused goods, unless excluded by law.)

2. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized (e.g., individual designs),

• Digital content not supplied on a physical medium if performance has begun before the withdrawal period expires and the consumer agreed and acknowledged losing the right of withdrawal upon performance start.

4. Effects of Withdrawal

• Refund: We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.

• Method: Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. No additional fees will be charged.

• Right to Withhold: We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided proof of return, whichever is earlier.

5. Return of Goods

• Deadline: Goods must be returned within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal notice.

• Costs:

  • For defective or incorrect goods, we bear the return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns, the customer bears the return costs.

• Recommendation: Use a tracked shipping service to avoid disputes in case of lost parcels.

6. Liability for Diminished Value

You are only liable for any diminished value if the loss results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
