What happens if I don't like my picture?

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your work of art! If the picture does not meet your expectations, you can easily return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt. Our customer service is at your side to ensure that we find a suitable solution together. It is important to us that you feel comfortable and look at your picture with a smile!

How long does delivery take and is my picture safely packaged?

  • We understand how important a fast and safe delivery is. Delivery within Germany, Austria and Switzerland usually takes about 4-6 working days. We attach great importance to safe packaging - your artwork will be carefully packed to ensure that it arrives undamaged. If you still have problems, contact us immediately and we will take care of the rest!

What materials do you use for printing and how durable are they?
