Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Cancellation Policy)

1. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason, unless legal or contractual exceptions apply.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

This right of withdrawal does not apply to customers who are not acting as consumers or to customers in jurisdictions where mandatory consumer protection laws do not provide such a right. In such countries, the respective mandatory local laws prevail.

2. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

• Delivery of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized (e.g., customized prints),

• Delivery of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if the consumer has expressly consented to the start of performance before the withdrawal period expires and confirmed that they lose their right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance,

• Contracts where mandatory consumer protection law in the customer’s jurisdiction does not provide a withdrawal right.

3. Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day:

• on which you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) took possession of the goods, or

• in the case of multiple items in one order with separate delivery: the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the last item.

4. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us:

via a clear statement (e.g., email or letter) that you wish to withdraw from the contract.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

5. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice.

We will use the same means of payment for the refund as you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of having returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

6. Return of Goods

You must return or hand over the goods to the address specified by us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you notified us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

• Return shipping costs: You bear the direct costs of returning the goods, except where the goods are defective or incorrectly delivered – in such cases, we bear the costs.

• Recommendation: Use a tracked shipping service to avoid disputes over lost shipments.

7. Liability for Diminished Value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if the loss in value results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
